Sabato 26 luglio, a Pisa, sotto il Ponte della Cittadella, sulle sponde dell’Arno, intorno alle 15, un gruppo di razzisti ha appiccato il fuoco all’insediamento Rom, composto da cinque baracche, dove vivevano anche Victor ed Elena Lacatus, genitori della piccola Lenuca Carolea, morta ad agosto dello scorso anno nell'ormai noto “rogo di Livorno”, dove hanno perso la vita altri tre bambini di etnia Rom.
